Subprocessor List

1. Purpose

This document identifies third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that may process Customer data on behalf of COCOA 87 j.d.o.o. as part of the operation of NFC Employee Tracker.

2. Current Subprocessors

IONOS

Purpose:

• Cloud hosting
• Infrastructure services
• Data storage
• Backup services

Stripe

Purpose:

• Subscription billing
• Payment processing
• Fraud prevention
• Transaction management

Location: Subject to Stripe infrastructure and applicable data protection mechanisms.  ·  Website: stripe.com

Let's Encrypt

Purpose:

• SSL/TLS certificate services
• Encrypted communications

3. Subprocessor Changes

COCOA 87 j.d.o.o. may engage additional subprocessors where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or improve the Service. The Company reserves the right to update this list periodically.

4. Data Protection

All subprocessors are selected based on their ability to provide appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Where applicable, contractual safeguards are implemented to protect Customer data.
