Platform infrastructure is hosted within the European Union. Current hosting provider: IONOS. Data is stored in EU-based data centers.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment card information is not stored by NFC Employee. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe according to Stripe's privacy practices.
The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures including:
No system can guarantee absolute security.
Active subscriptions: Data is retained while the Customer account remains active.
Cancelled accounts: A grace period of up to thirty (30) days may apply. Following the grace period, data may be permanently deleted.
