NFC Employee provides business software and cloud-based workforce management services.
The Service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Rijeka (Trgovački sud u Rijeci), Croatia.
All intellectual property rights relating to the NFC Employee platform, software, trademarks, documentation, and content belong exclusively to COCOA 87 j.d.o.o. unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, resale, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.
Use of the Service is subject to the applicable Terms of Service.
