AI Transparency Notice

1. Purpose

This AI Transparency Notice explains how artificial intelligence features are used within NFC Employee Tracker.

2. AI Assistance Only

AI functionality provided within the Platform is intended solely as an assistance tool. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Users must independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it.

3. No Automated Decision-Making

NFC Employee does not use AI to make legally binding decisions regarding employees. The Platform does not use AI to:

• Hire employees
• Terminate employees
• Determine compensation
• Evaluate employee emotions
• Conduct biometric identification
• Perform facial recognition
• Perform social scoring

Final decisions remain under the control of the Customer.

4. Human Oversight

All AI-assisted outputs require human review. Customers remain solely responsible for any decisions made using information generated by AI features.

5. Transparency

Where AI-generated content is presented to users, such content should be considered informational assistance and not professional advice.

6. Compliance

The Company aims to operate AI functionality in accordance with applicable European Union legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), where applicable.
