1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs permitted use of NFC Employee Tracker. All Customers and Authorized Users must comply with this Policy.
2. Permitted Use
The Platform may be used only for lawful business purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Violate applicable laws
- Process data unlawfully
- Upload malicious software
- Distribute viruses
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Circumvent security controls
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Copy source code
- Scrape data
- Perform automated attacks
- Interfere with Service availability
- Use stolen credentials
- Misrepresent identity
4. Employee Monitoring
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- Attendance monitoring is lawful
- GPS check-in usage is lawful
- Employee photographs are collected lawfully
- Required employee notices are provided
5. Content Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content uploaded to the Platform. The Company does not review all Customer content.
6. Enforcement
The Company may, where violations are detected:
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict access
- Remove content
- Terminate subscriptions
7. Reporting Abuse
Suspected misuse may be reported to: nfcemployeetracker@gmail.com
8. Changes
This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised versions.
